A Facebook page is not a shopfront

On a 12-month agreement your domain is registered to you from day one and stays yours. On month-to-month terms we hold the registration until you move onto a 12-month agreement.

Web-Graphix Ltd is not VAT registered, so the price you read is the price you pay. No setup fee, no hosting invoice, no renewal bill in month eleven.

First proof
We design and show you the site before any money changes hands. This is the point where the launch guarantee lives: approve it, or walk away owing nothing.
On press
Edits, content, domain, hosting, SSL and search setup. A Single Sheet is live 3 days from the call; the full Three Inks press takes 21. Your first monthly payment starts when the site goes live, not when we start work.
Running
Backups, monitoring, updates and support run in the background. On two and three inks, content and campaigns run in the foreground.

Who owns the domain?
On a 12-month agreement, you do: registered in your name from day one. On month-to-month terms, Web-Graphix holds the registration until you move onto a 12-month agreement.
Is there VAT on top?
No. Web-Graphix Ltd is not VAT registered, so the monthly figure you see is the whole figure.
I already have a domain. Can I keep it?
Yes. We point your existing domain at the new site and take over renewals and DNS from there. Nothing about your email changes.
How fast will I be live?
Counted from the strategy call: a Single Sheet in 3 days, a First Ink in 5, Two Inks in 7 and a full Three Inks build in 21.
What if I want to leave early?
Your first three monthly payments are committed. From month four onward you can leave at the end of any month and pay nothing further.
Can I change tier later?
Move up in any month you like. Whatever you have already paid for the current month is credited against the new tier, so you never pay for the same month twice. Moving down happens at the end of an agreement term.
Who writes the content?
We lay out and edit what you have, and write what you do not. You supply the facts about your business; we handle how it reads.
Where is it hosted?
On managed, monitored infrastructure with a certificate, automatic backups and uptime alerting. We will name the provider and region on the call.
